What is your exchange/return policy?

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, please send a picture of your damaged or incorrect item to thedreamerdiary21@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Damaged items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within 10 days of receiving your order! Send a picture of your damaged item to thedreamerdiary21@gmail.com and we’ll get a new item shipped to you free of charge.

Placed an order but did not receive an Order Confirmation email?

· Please check your SPAM or JUNK mailboxes just in case they were filed there by mistake.

Need to change your shipping address?

You can change your shipping address if your order has not already shipped. If you would like to change your shipping address, email thedreamerdiary21@gmail.com and include:

1. Your order number

2. Name on the order

3. Email the order was made with

4. Your request and new shipping address.

How long does shipping take for US orders?

Domestic orders are delivered within 5-10 business days once shipped.

Do I have to pay International Customs and VAT?

For International Shipping, customs has the right to impose an additional fee or VAT. The fee varies by country and we are unable to calculate this in advance. Mile Higher Media is not responsible for the payment of this fee.

Taxes will vary from country to country, as will tax enforcement. We have found Canada and the UK to be among the countries with the strictest enforcement, unfortunately. At any rate, this is an extremely common issue for international customers. For folks that are especially upset or feel they were unlawfully taxed, we recommend they contact their customs office to file a dispute. Customs offices will have forms available where their citizens can file their dispute, like this one for the UK:
